Reece has been a coach at Ashford Fit Club for 2 years, and his love and passion for fitness has grown immensely, so much so, that he has now become a qualified personal trainer and is available for 1-1 training sessions to give you that extra boost and smash any goals you might have, be that weight loss, muscle and strength gain, training for an event or simply to increase your fitness levels.
